1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the SK Designs website (customhelmetskdesigns.com) and any enquiry you make about commissioning a custom helmet. By using the site or submitting the contact form you agree to these terms.
2. The service
SK Designs offers custom helmet design and painting services. The website is a portfolio and enquiry point — no purchase is completed on the website itself. Any design, price, timeline and payment terms are agreed directly by email after your enquiry.
3. Enquiries
Submitting the contact form is a request for information, not a binding order. We will reply by email to discuss your design. A commission only becomes a contract once we've both agreed the specification, price and deposit in writing.
4. Intellectual property
All photos, designs, artwork and text on this website belong to SK Designs unless credited otherwise. Please do not reproduce them without permission. If you send us reference imagery you confirm you have the right to share it with us.
5. Helmet safety
We paint helmets using materials chosen to be compatible with helmet shells, but painting a helmet is a cosmetic modification. It is your responsibility to check that a painted helmet remains suitable for the motorsport series and safety regulations you compete in.
6. Website availability
We do our best to keep the site running, but we don't guarantee it will be available or error-free. We may change or take down pages at any time.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SK Designs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
