I'm Stefan Kaczmarczyk, the artist behind SK Designs. My journey into founding SK Designs began when I started racing at 15. I quickly realised just how expensive motorsport is, and how much a helmet becomes part of a driver's identity on track.

Alongside my Art A Levels, I painted for a couple of friends who wanted something that actually looked like them out on circuit, and I fell in love with it. What started as a weekend project between school and the kart track quickly grew into something bigger. Every helmet was an excuse to push the craft further, and every driver who wore one made the sport feel a little more personal.

The SK Designs brand was born from that passion as well as from a frustration with what customisation in motorsport was costing drivers. Premium designs shouldn't require a Formula 1 budget. I've now hand-painted over 100 helmets for drivers all over the world, from rental karting to FIA championships, across karts, cars and motorbikes.

My mission is simple: to make motorsport cheaper for everyone, and to make unique identity on track more accessible to every driver. Every helmet is prepped, masked and layered by hand, using the best quality paints available. Hours of obsessive detail go into each design, because it's the care in the craft that sets the work apart.
